Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant is a popular place for Sunday Dim Sum. It is located east of Fresno in Clovis at 342 North Clovis Avenue, just south of Herndon Avenue. Dishes are either $2.80, $3.20, or $3.80. You can also order from the regular menu, but we just chose items off the carts as they came by.
If you are not familiar with Dim Sum, it is a style of Chinese food, typically Cantonese, prepared in small portions and usually served for brunch. The food is placed on carts, and the customers select the food without getting out of their seat. Tea is usually served with Dim Sum.

Sticky rice with chicken and pork. The rice mixture is wrapped in banana leaf. This is a tasty dish with sweet potato and scallions mixed in with the sticky rice.

Four Seasons does not open until 11 a.m., so their Dim Sum is either late brunch or lunch. The Fresno area does not seem to have a Dim Sum restaurant that opens before 11 a.m. The Dim Sum carts go around on Sundays, but you can order the Dim Sum menu at other times.
Our eight selections--which were good for three people--came to $27.21. Arrive before noon if you do not want to wait for a table.
