Two Cities Coffee Roasters is a coffee shop and ice cream shop specializing in rolled ice cream. It is located at 110 Pontiac Way in Old Town Clovis.
Rolled ice cream is made on a cold plate in front of you with ice cream mix and flavorings. Rolled ice cream appeared in Thailand as a popular street food and spread throughout Southeast Asia. It reached New York City in 2015. It has now gone nationwide.
We ordered two flavors: Lemon Poppyseed and Thin Mint made with Girl Scout cookies.
