Rio Grill is a Brazilian Steakhouse located at 1240 Shaw Avenue in Clovis (in the Sierra Vista Mall, close to the movie theater).
Rio Grill serves Brazilian "rodazio." Rodazio is an all-you-can-eat style of restaurant service in Brazilian restaurants. They serve churrasco, a Brazilian style barbeque created four hundred years ago by Brazilian cowboys ("gauchos"). In "churrascarias" (the traditional Brazilian-style steakhouse restaurants), servers come to the table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds and cuts of meat,
