Reimer's has been around for 50 years for a reason. Reimer's is a three-building holiday shop, loaded with handmade sweets as well as a rich and thick German Christmas Bread--"Stollen"--a dense three-pound loaf laden with marzipan and candied fruit. Customers can sample their sweet purchases from the large back porch overlooking the Kaweah River. The shop also has a wide selection of Christmas gifts and ornaments. The sweets include homemade fudge and peanut brittle, as well as licorice, truffles, sours, chews, and ice cream, which can be served in one of the fresh homemade waffle cones. In the back of the middle building, one can watch the sweets being made and smell the thick fresh scent of cocoa.
Reimer's original location is located 42375 Sierra Drive (CA 198), Three Rivers (between Visalia and Sequoia National Park), a scenic drive from Fresno, past Terminus Dam and Lake Kaweah. Reimer's also has locations in Oakhurst and Avala Beach.
