Jus' Jo's Country Kitchen is a modern big plate breakfast and lunch restaurant. Jus' Jo's can be called modern because it offers vegetarian omelettes such as "The Californian" with avocado, veggies, and cheese as well as traditional country-style offerings such as "Huge 'Hungry Man' Ham, Steak, and Eggs," "Jo's Black Angus Sirloin Steak and Eggs," or "The Wayne" (Philly cheese steak with onions and bell peppers). Two of its signature items--cinnamon rolls and biscuits with gravy--will not disappoint those who love 'em huge and fluffy. Finally, Jus' Jo's offers a few 'Fresno State' special plates, made with the university's award-winning Jalapeno sausage. 

Breakfast also consists of pancake, waffle, and French toast plates. Lunch offers hearty burgers, dogs, hot sandwiches, and cold sandwiches along with salads. Jus Jo's has a substantial children's menu, too. 

Jus' Jo's is opened 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is located at 701 West Shaw Avenue (@ the NE corner of Willow Avenue) in Clovis.
