Jay's Specialty Ice Cream is a food truck serving the Fresno area. It started out as a project for a business class at Fresno State. There is now a trailer and a food truck. Courthouse Park in downtown Fresno is the Thursday afternoon location, while Gazebo Gardens is a Friday or Saturday evening stop. Jay's also stops at flea markets, festivals and various valley events. They serve their home made rich ice cream. The flavors change every day. We ordered Pistachio Almond and English Toffee. We ordered dishes, but they also have cones, sundaes, and shakes. Two single dishes came to a total of $8. Cones are the same price with waffle cones for $1 more. Sundaes are $5 and milkshakes are $6.
