S21 Sushi and Sake Bar is a traditional Japanese sushi bar located in a strip center at the corner of North First Street and East Bullard Avenue in northeast Fresno.

S21 specializes in Raman (which has no resemblance to the instant Raman noodles found in supermarket aisles). We ordered a Raman Bowl, a Sushi Roll, and Sake. The sake was served the traditional way, warm.

The Raman was a Chicken Curry with a spicy, fragrant broth.

The Raman, Sushi, and Sake came to $33.39 including tax. S21 is open for lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., except on Fridays and Saturdays when they stay open until 9:30 p.m.
