Sabor MX is a Mexican bistro in northwest Fresno located at 4045 West Figarden Drive. It is not your typical Mexican restaurant but more high end bistro. We were seated promptly and reviewed the menu as well as pictures of the dishes on the television behind the bar. We ordered two seafood dishes: salmon and fish ceviche. The ceviche is fish marinated in lime juice and spices. It was tart and a little spicy. The salmon was served with vegetables and butter sauce. We finished the meal with capirotada, a warm delicious bread pudding with ice cream, and whipped cream.

Sabor MX is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for lunch, and from 4:30 until 9:00 p.m. for dinner, Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sabor MX is closed on Monday.
