Maria's Taco Shop is located at 5074 N. West Avenue (just north of Shaw Avenue) in Fresno. They serve a variety of authentic Mexican food. One of their specialties is soup: Menudo (well seasoned beef tripe soup), Albondigas (meatball soup); Shrimp soup; and Cosida (beef vegetable soup). They also specialize in pupusas, selling them in the restaurant and to go (by the dozen). They also serve many filling Breakfast Burritos. You can also get the full range of Mexican cuisine: burritos, tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, chile rellenos, tortas, and more.
The restaurant is open from 6:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6:30 a.m. until 3:00 p,m. on Sunday.
