During the COVID-19 virus pandemic, we will celebrate "Food Trucks" and "Kiosks" (see Index). We went to the Food Truck Friday at Valley Children's Hospital. The food was all in take away containers. Everybody properly socially distanced themselves. It was easy for people to space themselves out on the green lawn and along the Sierra Nevada overlook. The snow covered mountains were spectacular on this clear winter day.
Food Truck Friday takes place on the south side of Valley Children's Hospital as part of the Valley Fresh Farmer's Market. The hours are 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Fridays. Valley Children's Hospital is located just north of Fresno in Madera County off of CA 41 (take the Children's Boulevard exit).
