Our COVID-19 journey continues this week with another microbakery, Culture Bakehouse. Culture Bakehouse is a bread bakery located in a home kitchen in Clovis. Fresno County licenses home bakeries and Culture Bakehouse has its license number on the label on each loaf of bread.
Culture Bakehouse will deliver to Clovis and east Fresno zip codes for a $4 fee, or you can do a no-contact pick up as we did.
The menu lists what day each item is available (either Tuesday or Thursday).
On a Tuesday, we ordered three loaves: a baguette, white sandwich bread, and an Everything Seeded sourdough. Our three loaves came to $21.
