Our Fresno COVID-19 food truck tour continues with a Vietnamese fusion truck Ba Tô. Ba Tô can be found at the usual food truck venues in the Fresno area. They post the location on their Instagram and Facebook sites. 

We ordered egg rolls as an appetizer. Ba Tô's entrees have fun names. We ordered three baos (steamed buns with cucumbers, scallions, cilantro, pickled carrots, topped with crushed peanuts): Adios El Certo Bao (pork belly with hoisin sauce), Cow Now Bao (beef brisket with wine reduction sauce), and Boom Chicka Bao (chicken lemongrass with ginger garlic sauce). We also ordered Moodle Noodle (beef brisket) and Clucka Doodle Noodle (lemongrass chicken).

Our total came to $50.
