Central Valley Taste Buds
This week's COVID-19 journey is a little different. Central Valley Taste Buds is a Fresno County micro-bakery specializing in iced cookies. You call in your order ahead of time, and your cookies will be decorated in the theme of your choice, be it a birthday, football game, political event, holiday, or the outdoors. We chose the mountains due to the recent fires in the Sierras. You pick them up in Selma on the weekend.
The icing had a hint of almond (so it was likely laced with almond extract).
We ordered our cookies a week and a half ahead of time. Our box was $25.
