Burgers & More
This week's COVID-19 journey takes us to Burgers & More, a Fresno food truck specializing in Burgers but also serving tacos and sometimes soup. All burgers are served with fries.
We ordered a Kickin' Cowboy Cheese Burger (bacon cheese burger with red onion, onion rings, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayonnaise, and barbeque sauce on a toasted brioche bun). We also ordered the special soup, Chicken Posole. Posole is a traditional Mexican soup made with hominy and a broth made with chilies. Posole is served with condiments, in this case cabbage, onion, lemon, and cilantro.
Our total for the burger with fries and the chicken posole came to $22.
