Ampersand Ice Cream is a locally owned ice cream parlor. Ice cream is made on the premises with local ingredients. The parlor is located across the street from Fresno High School at 1940 North Echo Avenue in central Fresno. Instead of ordering a cone or dish, we ordered a "Flight of Four" - a four bowl sampler.

Flight of Four: Clockwise from lower left - Pluot sorbet, Whiskey Caramel ice cream, Honeycomb ice cream, and Peaches and Cream ice cream.

Honeycomb is one of their most popular flavors and is nicely crunchy. The sorbets are all vegan.
