Green Papaya Market and Deli

The Green Papaya Market and Deli is a small Thai market with a food counter in central Fresno. Most of the business is take out but there are a couple of tables inside as well as outside in front. It is located at 2403 East Clinton Avenue, just west of Fresno Street. Parking is on the street.

We ordered two classic Thai dishes: Chicken Pad Thai and Larb Pork. We also ordered spring rolls and egg rolls as appetizers and a green tapioca with coconut as dessert. The food was warm and delicious.

All the dishes  were authentic, and the portions were large and could be shared. Most of the customers ordered take out but we ate at the tables inside. They take credit cards, but there is a small charge for using them. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions.

The Green Papaya Market and Deli is open Sunday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:45 p.m. They are closed on Saturday.
Our entire order with two sodas came to $19 including tax.
