Pho Delite is a Vietnamese Pho restaurant located in Clovis at 393 W Shaw Avenue (at the corner of Peach Avenue and in front of the Walmart). It is open from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. They are closed on Monday.
Pho is a popular Vietnamese dish consisting of a savory broth with rice noodles, a protein, vegetables, plus some herbs, seasonings, and sauces you select and add. Pho was originally a street food.

We ordered three bowls of Pho: Chicken Pho with shredded chicken; Seafood Pho with shrimp, scallops, squid, and imitation crab; and Beef Combination Pho with sliced beef and meatballs. The Pho can be ordered in a regular bowl or a large bowl. We also ordered a Vietnamese coffee, coffee made with sweetened condensed milk.

1. Taste the broth.
2. If the broth is a little bland, add a little fish sauce and/or squeeze a wedge of lime.
3. Add basil, sprouts, and chili if you like it spicy to your bowl and push them to the bottom.
4. Mix everything in your bowl and eat with chopsticks and a spoon.
5. Make a dipping sauce with hoisin sauce and/or siracha sauce in a side bowl or plate. Dip you meat and vegetables in your dipping sauce if you wish.
