Ginza Asian Bistro is an Asian fusion restaurant and lounge located at 7845 North Palm Avenue in north Fresno. Ginza is open for lunch and dinner. They are open from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.

We went to Ginza for lunch and ordered two items off the sushi menu, plus Singapore noodles off the noodle menu.  

Ginza's PanAsian menu lists appetizers, sushi bar appetizers, soup and salad, rice and noodles, Bento boxes, teppan-yaki, and sushi rolls. 

We ordered a Philly sushi roll (salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber), and a dragon sushi roll (shrimp tempura roll with kani (imitation crab meat), topped with eel, avacado, and eel sauce. The Singapore noodles contain spicy chicken, roast pork, shrimp, and vegetables with egg in a curry sauce. Entrees are served with soup or salad. We ordered egg drop soup as our option.
