On The Edge is a Coffeehouse located in Old Town Clovis at 412 Pollasky Avenue. On The Edge is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We arrived late in the morning and ordered two coffees and a sandwich with a salad. We ordered a hot Americano and a cold blended "Brainfreeze." The sandwich was a grilled triple cheese sandwich.

On the Edge is open seven days a week. From 6:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 6:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, 6:30 until 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Our two coffees and the sandwich with a salad came to $16.79 including tax.
