Punjabi Dhabha is an Indian restaurant located at the Fifth Wheel Truck Stop at 3767 S Golden State Blvd off of Highway 99 just south of Fresno.
A Punjabi dhabha (or "dhaba") is a roadside restaurant in the Indian subcontinent. They are on highways, generally serve local cuisine, and also serve as truck stops.
Punjabi Dhabha's customers are mostly truck drivers of Punjabi descent. For this reason, the food and setting will be authentic Punjabi, and not fusion or Americanized cuisine. While you eat, television sets on the walls will be running Indian shows.
