Garlic Naan

Lamb Baalti
Baalti is a type of Kashmiri curry from "Baltistan," a village in North Pakistan, made famous in Birmingham, England. Baalti curries are made with poppy and sesame seeds, with onions, tomato and bell pepper, and small chunks of meat (traditionally lamb or goat but modern versions use all kinds of meat). The curries are cooked quickly over high heat like a stir-fry. Baalti sauce is based on garlic and onions, with turmeric and garam masala, plus a lot of other spices. Traditional curries use ghee (clarified butter), but Baalti curry uses vegetable oil (which has a high smoke point and can withstand the quick searing heat of stir frying).
Masaledar Lamb Chops
Masaledar is an IKP specialty dish of succulent lamb loin chops marinated in nutmeg and infused with chef's own spices and aromatic Indian herbs.

Our appetizer, naan, and two entrees came to $59.39 including tax.
