Our COVID-19 food truck tour of Fresno continues with Planet Vegan. We visited them on East Shaw Avenue in the Chevron parking lot. They have Facebook and Instagram pages announcing their location each day.
Planet Vegan is a food truck in the Fresno area specializing in gourmet vegan burgers. Planet Vegan also has vegan fried cheese on the menu along with crosscut fries. The fries come with a choice of dipping sauces. The cheese sticks come with marinara sauce for dipping. The sauces include hundred-thousand island, jalapeno aioli, whole grain mustard aioli, garlic aioli, ranch, and ketchup.
We ordered a single burger, an order of fries, and an order of cheese sticks.
