This week we feature a drive through kiosk due to the continuing COVID-19 closure of dine-in restaurants.
Kuppa Joy is a coffee shop with several Fresno area locations. The first opened in Clovis in 2012. We recently visited "The Joy Thru," the kisok located at 6747 North Cedar Avenue at the corner of Herndon in northeast Fresno. The kiosk is two-sided, so a line of cars can approach from each direction.
The founder of Kuppa Joy drew upon a religious inspiration to connect with his community and let people connect with each other over coffee.
We ordered a cappuccino; a Kuppa Joy, espresso with chocolate and creme brulee infused milk; and a warm almond poppy seed muffin.

Our three items came to $11.87 including tax. Kuppa Joy's "Joy Thru" is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. They are closed on Sunday.
