The Gastro Grill food truck is the continuation of a former restaurant is Clovis. The Gastro Grill truck has a gastro pub menu and frequents various food truck events in the Fresno area. We found them outside the Tioga-Sequoia Beer Garden in downtown Fresno. They post their location daily on Instagram so you can locate them.

Braised Pork Belly Sliders

Braised pork belly with gochijang aioli, ginger sweet soy, toasted sesames, fried onions, micro greens, and pickled ginger.
