We are continuing our visits to food trucks and kiosks due to restaurants being closed due to COVID-19. This week our truck is Barb's Soul Food. They can be found at a number of Fresno area food truck venues. We visited them across from the Tioga-Sequoia Beer Garden in downtown Fresno, where they were doing a brisk take out business. They post their upcoming locations on Instagram and their web site.
We ordered two combo plates. The first was fried fish. The second was the marathon consisting of all three fried entrees (chicken, fish, and shrimp). Each combo came with two sides. We ordered the classic cornbread, green beans, collard greens, and potato salad. To end the meal we ordered peach cobbler.
