Our COVID-19 restaurant shutdown tour of food trucks continues this week with Rollin Flame BBQ. Rollin Flame BBQ is a Fresno area based truck specializing in--what else--Barbecue. The menu contains ribs, chicken, and--this being California--tri-tip. Rollin Flame also has a special, and this day it was pulled pork. We ordered barbecued  chicken with a side of potato salad and a pulled pork sandwich with a side of fries. Each order also came with a small wedge of watermelon.

Our total for the two plates came to $20 including tax.
