Urban Fresh Kabob
We continue our COVID-19 Fresno food truck tour with Urban Fresh Kabob. I asked the people in the truck where they were from, and they said they were Armenians from Iran. The menu had the usual kabob plates and sandwiches, plus being California, tacos burritos, and quesadillas.
We ordered Lule Kabob as a plate and a sandwich. Lule Kebob is an Armenian meat dish made with ground meat and onions wrapped around a skewer and grilled. Urban Fresh Kebab uses half beef and half lamb in their meat mixture.
The Lule Kabob plate comes with rice, pickles, roasted tomatoes, and peppers, and a small salad.
The Lule Kabob sandwich has caramelized onions, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce with dressing.
Our total came to $25 including tax.
