Tacos El Mandilon
Our COVID-19 food truck tour continues this week with a taco truck usually located at 3567 West Shaw Avenue in Fresno. Their hours and other locations can be found on Instagram.
We ordered three tacos, asada (steak), al pastor (pork), and shrimp. We also ordered a barria taco. A barria taco contains stewed meat. We ordered ours crispy, with a pan fried taco. We ordered the broth from the stew to dip the taco in for an extra dollar. We also ordered a side of rice and beans.
The total came to $16.46 including tax.
