Pop's Caramels
Our Covid-19 food truck, micro-restaurateurs, and kiosks journey continues with a micro-confectionery. Pop's Caramels is a local Fresno micro-confectionary specializing in caramels. They take orders and also have a tent with the food trucks in front of Pardini's Catering on West Shaw Avenue in Fresno on Sundays. Pop's Caramels schedule is posted on Instagram and Facebook. Pop's will be there today, on Valentine's Day.
We purchased three items: plain caramel, caramel covered marshmallows, and almond joy (coconut, chocolate, almonds, and marshmallows).
