This week's COVID-19 journey of food trucks, kiosks, and micro-restaurateurs continues with Whole Hog BBQ, located in a tent at Gazebo Gardens Beer Garden in Fresno. You have to check the Gazebo Gardens site for the schedule because Whole Hog BBQ is only located at Gazebo Gardens on some weekends:

We ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich topped with coleslaw and a BBQ Platter. The platter comes with pulled pork and chicken, but we went for the entire experience by adding tri-tip also. The platter also comes with chili beans, rice, and mac salad. Whole Hog BBQ is not fast food. The meat is heated on a grill before serving, so it takes a few minutes for your food to be ready.

Our total came to $27.
