Trinchan
Our Covid-19 food truck tour continues with Trinchan Fresh Bistro, a food truck serving Brazilian churrasco style food. Churrasco is the Portuguese name for grilled meat and in Brazil, churrasco is the term for a barbecue usually on skewers.
Each dinner entrée is served with black bean stew, white rice, a slice of grilled pineapple, a Rio style salad similar to a Greek salad, and a roll. We ordered three dishes: Ahi Tuna, Portuguese Sausage, and a meat combo consisting of chicken, sausage, and beef steak.
Our three dishes came to $58.31 including tax.
Trinchan can be found on Instagram, and for now they have set up shop at Enzo's Table at the border of Fresno and Clovis. Trinchan also has a lunch sandwich and salad menu if you go in the afternoon as well as the dinner menu in the evening.
