Plant Slayer
Our COVID-19 Fresno food truck adventure takes us this week to a vegan comfort food truck, Plant Slayer. Plant Slayer's menu features vegan burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries.
We ordered a vegan fried chicken sandwich with spicy mayo, pickles, and lettuce; a mac burger with vegan cheese, mayo, lettuce, Thousand Island dressing, onion and pickles; and an order of animal fries with vegan cheese, onions, and Thousand Island dressing.
Our three items came to a total of $34.55 including tax.
Plant slayer can be found through their Instagram and Facebook pages. They also participate in the once a month vegan brunch on the third Sunday of the month at Gazebo Gardens.
