Mike's Pizzeria
Mike's Pizzeria is an Italian restaurant and lounge owned and operated by the DiNuzzo family since 1962 in central Fresno. Mike's is located at 3228 N West Avenue just north of Shields Avenue. The menu includes pizza, homemade pasta dishes, sandwiches, and Italian specialties. Mike's is open for lunch and dinner. Hours are 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. They are closed on Sunday.
You enter Mike's at the take-out entrance and see the sign "Please Seat Yourself." The dining room is to the left down the hall.

We ordered an appetizer of sauteed mushrooms, button mushrooms sauteed in butter, sherry wine, & spices. We ate all the mushrooms and used bread to eat the oil and spices in the mushroom plate. We also ordered the ravioli with a salad, and an Italian sausage sandwich with minestrone soup. The tomato sauce on the ravioli was delicious.

We decided that we needed to finish the meal with dessert so we ordered cannolis. The cannoli has the ends dipped in crushed Butterfinger and sits in a drizzled caramel sauce.
