Taqueria El Guero is located at 1139 Fulton Street in downtown Fresno. Taqueria El Guero has a menu with a large variety of breakfast and lunch items including many seafood items, soups, and wet burritos. 

Taco and burrito fillings include Al Pastor (marinated BBQ pork), Carne Asada (grilled beef steak),  Carnitas (shredded pork), Chile Verde (beef in green chile sauce), Chorizo (Mexican sausage), Pollo Asado (grilled chicken), and Cabeza (roasted beef head). 

Soups include menudo (tripe, hominy, and chili), caldo cameron (shrimp), and caldo 7 mares (assorted seafood).

We ordered a carne plate with asada (beef steak), and caldo 7 mares (seafood soup).  Taqueria El Guero is open from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. seven days a week

The carne plate came with steak, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomato and a roasted jalapeno.

Caldo 7 Mares (Soup of the 7 Seas)

Caldo 7 Mares has crab, mussels, clams, fish fillet, fish with skin and bones, and shrimp. Carrots, celery, and onions flavor the seafood broth with chunks of potato an zucchini in the soup.

Our total for the carne plate, seafood soup, and two bottles of water came to $32.40 including tax.
