Cajun Crack'n is a seafood restaurant in north Fresno specializing in steamed and boiled seafood. The seafood is served in a large plastic bag. The menu lists different kinds of shellfish you order by the pound, or you can order one of their combinations. We decided to order the combination number one and chose mussels, crawfish, and head-off shrimp as our seafood. The combination also included pieces of sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob. You choose a seasoning sauce and a spice level. We chose the house special, a combination of all three of their seasonings at the medium spice level.
You can choose to eat out of the bag, but that can get messy. We chose to dump the bag out on the butcher paper-covered table and eat off the table. Before us was a pile of steamy shellfish that we worked our way through.
