Our COVID-19 Fresno food truck visits continue this week with Roma Italian Street Food. Roma is owned by the DiNuzzo family, the family that owns Mike's Pizzeria. http://fres-food.blogspot.com/2018/02/mikes-pizzeria.html.
We ordered two entrees: Lasagna made with ground beef, sausage, ricotta cheese, and meat sauce topped with Parmesan cheese and basil and Roma Rigatoni made with spicy pink Alfredo sauce, Parmesan, and basil. We finished the meal with an order of cannolis, pastry shells filled with sweetened ricotta cheese and drizzled with chocolate sauce and caramel sauce, then sprinkled powdered sugar.
