Get Baked 559
Our COVID-19 food truck adventure continues with a Fresno area truck specializing in baked potatoes. Get Baked 559 is a new food truck serving baked potatoes, corn, and fries with a variety of toppings.
We ordered two baked potatoes and a layered cup of corn called Devil Spit. The baked potatoes are meals in themselves. We ordered a surf & turf baked potato (beef sirloin steak with shrimp and bell peppers, onions, and cheese) and a veggie delight baked potato (broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese sauce). Devil Spit (sweet corn, butter, mayo, cotija cheese, cheddar cheese, and hot Cheetos) is layered in a plastic cup like a parfait.
Our total came to $23.75 for the three items.
