Keto Korner
This week's stop on our Covid-19 Fresno food truck tour is Keto Korner. Keto Korner is food truck with menu items suitable for a keto diet (high on proteins and fat, low on sugar and carbs).
Keto Korner's menu features items such as the PizzaDilla. It consists of double cheeseburger, smoked brisket, bacon, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce sandwiched between 2 quesadillas. They also have a burger titled the Goliath, a cheeseburger with smoked brisket, tri-tip, bacon, and cheese sauce. Our choice was the Brisket Bacon Sub, smoked brisket, bacon, avocado salsa, cheese sauce, and salsa verde on a keto sub roll.
Each item comes with a side of pork rinds instead of chips since pork rinds have no carbs.
Our Brisket Bacon sub came to $16.09 including tax.
